Product Discription :
Ferro 101 is a polymer based tile joint filler used in filling joints of all kind of tiles. It effectively fills the gaps and levels it self to give hard wearing, non-dusting, tile joints. Ferro 101 does not allow moisture and water to seep into the back of the tile and cause its dislocation. It firmly holds the tiles together to give a long life to the floor tiles. Ferro 101 grout is available in 21 colour shades

Application :

To provide smooth water-resistant hard wearing tile joints. As a tile joint filler in domestic floor and wall tiles of domestic and other commercial establishments, laboratories, bakeries, super
markets, showrooms, hospital etc.


Mixing :

Grouting can normally be carried out 48 hours after completion of fixing. Add 0.20-0.25 liter of FAG 1 Admix per kg. Ferro 101 and mix until a slump free and smooth grout is obtained Allow the mixture to rest for approx. 10 minutes before use. Working time after mixing: 3-4 hours.
Apply mixture to the surface and work it well in to the joints ensuring that they are completely Filled. Remove excess grout While working diagonally over the area to be Grouted.
When the Grout begins to set, wipe complete area thoroughly with a damp sponge. Polish tiles with a clean, dry cloth until they are completely clean. Keep the joints damp for 1 to 2 days (use sponge) to ensure complete curing. Do not cover areas just grouted with plastic sheets. Ensure constant temperature avoid desiccation.
