Product Discription :

FAG-1 is a polymer modified liquid admix. Spcially design for use with ferro 101 polymer grout. FAG-1 used in place of water to provide a dense, colorfast grout ideal for all interior and exterior grout applications. Grout admix improves the performance of cement grouts for all types of ceramic tile, vitrified tile and stone fixing. It does not allow moisture, water to seep into the back of the tile and cause its dislocation. It firmly holds the tiles together to give a long life to the surface.

Application :

all applications of marble, glass tiles, glass mosaics on internal/external wall or floor, swimming pools, bathrooms, commercial spaces, residential spaces and exterior spaces.

Mixing :

Grouting can normally be carried out 48 hours after completion of fixing. Add 0.20-0.25 liter of FAG 1 Admix per kg. Ferro 101 and mix until a slump free and smooth grout is obtained Allow the mixture to rest for approx. 10 minutes before use. Working time after mixing: 3-4 hours. Apply mixture to the surface and work it well in to the joints ensuring that they are completely Filled. Remove excess grout While working diagonally over the area to be Grouted.
When the Grout begins to set, wipe complete
area thoroughly with a damp sponge.
